Malakwa Suspension Bridge
Malakwa is also the site of an exciting suspension bridge spanning the Eagle River. Originally built in 1915 to connect the farmers with the local community and school system. Take Malakwa Road which is near the Malakwa Café for 1.5 km (1 mile) until you see the railroad tracks, then turn left onto Summerville Husted Road, being careful while crossing the tracks, then you go down the Malakwa Suspension Bridge Road to find a small parking lot and a sign pointing out the bridge.
Located just off of Highway One (Trans Canada Highway) approximately 30 Kilometers West of Noah's Ark Resort
